I'm supposed to be on diet

That's why I haven't been posting many food threads

Warm day today , kids are in the pool I'm just on the sidelines enjoying my coffee

Wife comes back from shopping ,

Calls out " you want something with your coffee ? "

Ahhh brasserie box fresh , just in.

No way ! I'm done dieting for now!

Furthest right-

SPICED APPLE & RAISIN DANISH
Buttery French pastry with delicious spiced apple and raisins. The raisins are rested underneath the lightly poached apples allowing the flavour to come through.

And on the left -

MINI PAIN CHOCOLAT

This small take on the classic French pastry is created with folded and leavened pastry made with the highest quality butter. It has a crisp flaky outside complemented by a soft, layered buttery interior filled with Belgian chocolate.

I continue the diet after these promise

But seriously , I'm trying this intermittent fasting where 2-3 days of the week you just don't eat , drink plenty of water , and you know what I don't mind it , I told my doctor about it last time I was there and he said " you know I don't see any negatives to this method as long as you stay hydrated on the fasting days" that way you don't need to waste time over analysing everything you eat.

Im 178cm and bordering on 90kg , so I just want to get closer to 80 again

Those pastry pictures added calories to my daily count.

Yes the fasting days can be tough , but at least I can eat whatever I want in the normal days instead of just rabbit food :) !

Same here. But sadly I cannot gain weight... Fast metabolism + training makes it really difficult.

So keep the pictures coming, I need them!!
