The Daytona! I own both a no date Sub and Explorer and I enjoy them both but they fill kind of the same spot in my collection and if I had to let one go it would probably be the Sub. I have decided my white Daytona and Explorer could be a perfect two watch collection.

I would NOT pair the explorer 1 with a submariner ever. They are both daily watches with brushed bracelet. You want to have one of them as a daily watch and your second Rolex be something that is a bit more special for the evening perhaps with polished links. The daytona sounds about right or a milgauss GV.

Submariner. Why? It’s much more legible than the Daytona.
