Sub Date Available at Goldsmiths Bullring - UK

Putting this out there for a TRF member. I had a call 10 minutes ago from the AD saying they have a Sub date in stock.

I passed as I have my Hulk now, but if another member in the U.K. is interested you can speak to the shop on *0121 616 1876‬

Not a problem at all :). Hopefully someone snaps it up! I wish I had the spare funds to buy it myself but my wife would certainly kill me as she wasn’t too happy that I got the Hulk haha

Hope a member manages to grab it, although I suspect it’ll be offered to somebody next on their list.

ADs hate when us “forum people” do this and they get phone calls from all over.
Chances are, when phoned, they’d just deny they had one.

Sad Days when a Sub Date is a hot commodity.

Sad but true i believe,,
And therein lays the problem,,,
Ads should welcome a short phone call when a customer calls looking to spend over £6k even more so if its a Forum wis looking to add to there collection instead of a flipper,,
i would imagine responses would be different if the present state of ss sport pieces didnt exist,,,,

Money is money, if you arrive with the cash, they may well part with the goods... a bird in the hand, never look a gift horse, etc. etc. and all that twoddle. A sale is a sale.

Like you say £6k at this time of the year isn't loose change.

Good luck shoppers.

In the UK, any S/S sports model! In the AD on Saturday and not one in the windows.

That's what happened to me last week, went to a couple of Ad's looking just to try a DSSD on to find they had a deep blue that was promised to a punter who after a phonecall from the AD declined the purchase, I enquired who was next on the list to be told if you want it your here and with authorisation from the manager it was mine. I'm a lucky boy. But I did spend £9150

They can and will sell watches to people who walk in. That’s how an old colleague got his BLNR.

And not a problem at all. I hope someone gets it. We are here for our passion for some good watches.

Now if someone could give me their Daytona when they get the call, Lol

They have an AirKing in the window as I passed by Bullring yesterday. These seemed to be a lot easier to come by now.

My Blue/Black was a Sunday visit and people were coming the next day to view, it had just been launched, the first went to a Premiership manager and the second was in the safe. I was prepared to pay for it at 3pm on the Sunday.... deal done.

My Daytona C was offered, I was in the car at 9am, in the AD, a few Peronis and it was mine. I did ask what they were giving me......

Happened to me, gave the AD a call and at first he tried to deny having one then ended call by saying its not for sale and he was taking it out of the window... what kind of business these people running?

Worth every single 9,150 of these pounds though
