Wore my SubDate out for the first time.

I wore it to a work drink-food-conciderably more drink evening yesterday. The was much "let's have a look". Everyone loved it, even the ones who thought I was mad blowing over £6k on a watch. A couple tried it on and instantly wanted one!

One of the guys was wearing his Omega PlanetOcean Chrono.....damn, that's a hefty bit of kit, weighs a ton!

Yes, it did feel very nice to be complimented on the Sub. I also checked out stock at the Covent Garden Bucherer. Not one SS sports model.
I now have a deep yearning for this Breitling Aerospace

If you think your Rolex got a lot of attention, wait until you wear a Breitling. I can’t go a day wearing my Navitimer 01 without multiple comments.

1) Congratulations on the Sub date!
2) as a past owner of the EVO I can wholeheartedly endorse the watch. Easy to set up, access the functions and easy to wear daily.
3) yes, the Navi is a compliment machine as well as a truly great watch

Wait does he has tape on his breitling to protect the bracelet ?

Am I the only one that thinks watches are to be worn.

Thanks everyone!

That's the pic from the shop when I was trying it on! Lol! Yes, for sure, wear it.

I also have a Breitling already (Superocean 44), and it's verrrry shiny compared to the sub.

Congrats on the sub and the camaraderie! I don't have a group of people that I can openly share my love for watches with outside of this forum.
