Repurposed Aircraft

Was hunting around for a specific aircraft motif gift item and ran across the web page below. I know we have a few aviators and flight enthusiasts among us and thought I would share this site in case someone may be interested in a unique bar, cowling chair or wall art. Enjoy.

Some neat stuff there, Rick Thanks for sharing.

The Boeing 737 Cowling chair looks fairly uncomfortable to me at first glance, but seems very cool nonetheless!

Pretty cool take on the ”Ball Chair” by Finnish designer Eero Aarnio.

I'd love to buy some Coach class airline seats for guests that I don't want staying at my house too long.

I make some earrings and sell them online. They're made from spend aluminum ammo. This seems like a cool way to incorporate some other materials! I've got a bunch of scrap watch parts I want to use too. So cool!

I had no idea he was the one behind this At least his (from the picture) seems a bit more comfortable. Maybe it's just the way they've photographed the cowling chair on the website or something

Bird Strike!

And you are the bird...

meh there's quite a few mobs upcycling old jetliners these days, some even sell sections of fuselage to be craned into your backyard to be used as shed/office/cubbyhouse/grannyflat.

I'm not the fancy-decoration type of guy, I'd rather have WORKING pieces of the airplane as souvenir eg my science teacher from high school had a 737 engine as a lawn ornament

Last weekend I wrapped my potatos in repurposed airplane before putting them on the grill.

Wow, yeah that seems just a bit cooler there. That had to make class more interesting, I'm sure.
