For me it’s every day.

My father was a mailman for 34 years and provided for me and our family everything we could ask.

We lived in Canada, and he returned from WW2 and joined the post office and worked until he retired in 1980. He figures he walked around 12-15 miles a day. No cute little mini trucks to carry the mail just a mailbag.
