I知 tbone for a reason...

Lighten the hostility talk a little :)

Got some good news at work today and decided to enjoy myself for a tasty treat afterwards. With one of my favorite steakhouses around the block, I couldn’t resist. Unfortunately, even though everything had been explained 17x to my client, along with a PowerPoint with step by step instructions, apparently they are still confused and wanted to exchange emails throughout my meal... Nonetheless, almost nothing can spoil this - I stuck with basics and kept it simple:

Some of the best shrimp cocktail out there:

Some warm bread to follow:

One of the best NY Strips in NY:

Very vanilla on the side, but a classic:

Dressed up for a night on the town:

Beautiful medium rare:

Down to the bone:

Wife told me about her awesome spin class today, let’s see her say no to this lovely treat I’m bringing home for her:

i'm t-bone for a reason...

T-Bone is a much catchier moniker as well. 'Porterhouse Walker' or 'Porterhouse Burnett' doesn't quite cut it. Neither would someone bearing the first name 'Filet Mignon'.

She is "sleeping" with the kids... She knows I brought home that cake, she's doing a good job fighting temptation. I on the other hand am getting ready to go dive in.

Nothing like sending a longwinded email at 10pm without trying to make them feel stupid, while attaching email after email explaining that something has been explained

I feel like I'm going to die half the time after a ribeye, I love them, but I need to be in the mood for a fatty cut.

They only serve them for two where I was, I'd have to starve myself for a week to take on that task... I was catching a quick bite at the bar by myself on the way home from work.

Nice!

I'll prob get flamed for this, but I prefer Wolfgang's Porterhouse to Luger.

Wolfgangs has been expanding though, so my worry is quality control on their end.
