I just picked up an old GMT Master II model 16760 from 1984 and they gave me a red box with it similar to the one in this eBay listing.

The bottom of the box says 14.00.71 along with the Rolex Geneve etc. I doubt this is the right box for the watch.
1. What watch is this box for?
2. Which box is correct for my watch?

this red box are usually used for rolex lady's watches like 69173, 69174....

That is a ladies box. Your box should look like the box in the attached thread, only the smoother leather grain pattern. http://rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=55692
