At Bucherer stores in the EU you will not experience "typical" Tourneau behaviour as is often mentioned here. I walked in a few times wearing casual and met nothing but nice and professional people.
Quite a step up compared with some other AD's. Downside is that they don't give discounts, at least not to me.
So there is hope that they will upgrade the AD experience for Tournneau outlets.

I believe the associate that you come across is definitely a huge factor in determining experience. Although I do agree that the Rolex boutique in SF could be upgraded as Shreve off post is that much more pleasant to be in and deal with.
