Truth be told, the fact that they seem to be in AD cases all over the place suggests that they're not selling well at a time when pretty much every SS model has to be ordered weeks in advance. It would not be a shock to me to see it discontinued, much in the same manner of the ceramic Sea Dweller.

Come to the Los Angeles area in Southern California! I've seen at least two variations of the Milgauss in every AD I've been to around here looking for Basel releases. Bhindi at the Glendale Galleria as well as Hing Wa Lee in San Gabriel in most recent memory. Good Luck!

So let's say it does get discontinued... what does everyone think will happen to prices in the secondary market? Increase because of perceived scarcity? Or stay flat because "no one likes the Milgauss?"

Curious if anyone has historical experience with other discontinued models, even if it's only anecdotal.

Prices will stay flat.. its really not that popular i feel. Maybe the blue dial version will hold some value over the other variations

I'm not a fan of the watch , but it seems I see them regularly in AD cases as I travel around. I wouldn't think they would go up in value if discontinued, but maybe that's just because I'm not thrilled by them.

I never cared for the milgauss for some reason! The seconds arm looks too “toy like” to me
I sw it almost in every AD case I’ve been to for a reason!!

The milgauss is a love it or hate it design, no doubt! Its the former for me, love my GV!
I think if its disocontinued, it will keep its value, but I dont expect any meteoric demand to follow as a result.

If discontinued Lightning bolt second hand will be missed just like the 1655 orange hand explorer 2.

If discontinued, more than likely the values will stay flat for awhile. Should there be any rise, I'd imagine it would come much farther down the road when future collectors realize how scarce they are. Combine that with the oddball colors, green crystal, and lightning second hand and you have the potential for a future classic. No guarantees of course, but it's certainly happened.

I bought one and sold my sub 14060m, sometimes i regret it sometimes i don't. I remember I was in a store where I should collect some sneakers, and there was a line of 14 people, and 7 of them had a sub, so I went home and sold mine actually :D But never seen a milgauss on others. It has actually gone op about 500 dollars the last couple of months on chrono24.

Correct me if im wrong but the black milgauss with the green glass is the real anniversary model not the blue. So the real black and green model should be more valuable in the future

i had an AD recently tell me the green crystal's days are numbered, it sounded like nonsense to me. Has anyone else heard this.

Were you possibly talking to a sales person?
