Rolex in Madrid

Hi everyone. One of my friend will have a business trip in Madrid, Spain next month. He agreed to help me buying a Rolex (what I am trying to decide between EXP1, OP 36mm blue dial (116000) and OP 39mm blue dial (114300).
I'd appreciate if any of you here can tell me a store to buy. And normally how much discount can I get with these models above? (In singapore, I get 8% discount for the OP without any effort).
Thank you for reading.

Hello, I have checked recently Rolex prices in Madrid and considering the current Euro price are more expensive than USA and Panama then in my case broke the potential deal. That made me not to continue to investigate the VAT refund issue, Spain currently has 21% VAT and for sure the AD have the process to refund it but usually they do it through a 3rd company (usually Global Blue) that makes that you usually are refunded around 12%.

Good Morning.
I recommend Rabat. They usually offer a 10% discount, but you can sure get between 12-15% discounts on the references. Greetings.

Thank you for your input. So I'm just curious any chance that I can get the full tax refund or something better than only 12%?

Not sure in that store, I can tell you that Apple Store has another (not preferred and not recommended by them) option to do it with a full refund that it is more complicated. In fact I purchased 2 iPhones on early January and I have not received my refund yet.
