So, this guy says right in listing that: "This Particular Transaction Will Be Done Outside Of Ebay Through PayPal!! Im Tired Of You Fraudulent Buyers Dont Bid On My Item If Your Not Comfortable Going Through PayPal!!"  Gee, I wonder if this might be a scam!

It is against Ebay policy to to use them to sell something and try to go outside of Ebay although Paypal is the preferred form of payment. It doesn't make sense what he posted.
Is the watch legit? It looks like he has everything but I could not tell you if it is a real Rolex. |

Just as info - eBay changed their policy regarding PayPal. It is no longer the preferred payment platform. eBay now handles their own payment settlements.
I think that is what the seller meant about “outside of eBay” - he was likely referring to payment method. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
