Thanks. I am not sure what it would have cost for a replacement case+glass. The watch was a nice Marathon SAR, and back when it happened I was able to track down another for a fraction of what they go for these days.

Gotcha... wasn’t sure if it was another Rolex/Tudor model. I am a huge fan of the LHD!!

My new Rose just arrived. I Think this is going to be my primary for the duration of the summer. Just a very well executed tool watch.
At first I thought the 60 click bezel would be subpar to my Sub or SD-50, but it is surprisingly tactile with sturdy, and pronounced clicks.

Grab one. It's a great value on days where you do not want to beat up you're more expensive pieces. Also it is very comfortable.

Congrats on an excellent watch. I tried one on a while back and loved it but it was just a little too big for my wrist unfortunately. Enjoy the hell out of it—congrats again!

First day w/ the LHD, and I am a little pissed! At myself that is. I had no idea how accurate the new movement is, and now I'm kind of sick that I have Rolex late models that aren't quite as accurate. No joke! I am at zero from where I set it yesterday. It hasn't lost a 10th of a second.

Not saying that I am off Rolex. Just a little surprised that this movement rivals my Sea-Dweller in accuracy for a quarter of the $.

All jokes aside, I am one of the first on the waiting list for the new Rolex superman GMT, and I am considering switching to the new tutor GMT.
