Have you had it with quail egg? If not please try.

Often it is used as a garnish to enhance something else on the sushi or for visual appearance as well. By itself on some sushi rice, it is a bit one dimensional.

I'll keep that in mind, but really it's a textural thing, too crunchy for a fish egg LOL
