Time Care Inc., Rik Dietel- Outstanding!

I just want to say how favorably impressed I was with my recent visit to Rik Dietel at Time Care, Inc. I was looking for a CW21 Qualified Watchmaker to change out the dial and handset on a new watch. There are four other qualified people located closer to my home, but because of Rik’s reputation for excellent service, I made the trip across the state, and it was well worth it.

Not only is Rik an exceptionally skilled craftsman, but he's also a genuinely nice guy. He showed me some of the unique watches in his personal collection and was generous enough to give me a quick tutorial on changing watch bracelets, bezels and bezel inserts.
