Fantastic transaction with Takuya!

Why:
1. Great communication throughout the whole process. He answers emails super quickly. Also, he is super proactive in his communication--you never have to guess.

2. Accommodating: I had some special timing requirements (because I was only briefly in the US on a trip), Thanh went above and beyond in order to make sure everything was timed and coordinated perfectly.

In short: things went like clockwork and I hope I can buy/trade my next watch with him.
