Beautiful watch,,,
I had to choose.between blue dial, fluted,jubilee 41 or 36mm
I ordered the 36mm based on proportion, wrist and I liked it more,,no numerals on the 36 dial seem to make the dial even “ cleaner”
Can’t go wrong with either,,
Both gorgeous,,,,
Best of luck op,,

I have an Explorer MK2 and a DJ41, I love both watches but am not a fan of the cyclops, if I could only have one it would be the Explorer.

I’ve flipped an Explorer 1 newest model for a Datejust one. I have since sold back the Datejust and bought a brand new explorer 1 about 3 months ago. You’ll miss the amazing dial of the Explorer in my opinion. BUT if you’re itching you might as well do it

Both are great watches although are very different.
If the date complication is not a big deal, I would go with Explorer 1.
