Advice on collection pieces - 11610 Sub & BB Noir

Just looking for some forum members thoughts – what would you do:-

• I have a Black Bay Noir ETA on bracelet which despite having owned since release, I’ve worn very infrequently and I’ve really failed to bond with. I do have a small wrist and whilst loving the dial, hands and look of the BBN, it’s becoming nearer the time to say goodbye and sell or trade.

• I’ve owned the 11610 (mid 90’s) Submariner for several years (long story but 2nd hand from a trusted local jeweller). Whilst I do love it very much, a few things niggle me – it’s obviously had a polish at some point in it’s life- sometimes I think I can tell, other times it still looks pretty sharp and the chamfers seem good. Also, the clasp has never quite sat right?

So – what to do? Here’s what I’m thinking options are:-

• Trade the Sub for a newer 6 digit ceramic. I don’t think I’ll ever not have a sub in my collection but will I miss the 5 digit and feel in the future it was a mistake? Do I try to get the clasp adjusted and keep the 11610? Is it possible to get a better fit on a very small wrist? Not much bracelet stretch.

• What to do with the BBN- sell it and get a nice DJ 36mm to add variety to the collection? Think about a BB58?

• I owned an exp 2 40mm once and was not fussed by the extra complication so GMT’s are not a consideration nor is 2 tone or PM. Anything else to consider?

I’m in no rush to do anything, taking my time. The other watches are all keepers tho.

All thoughts appreciated. Pics attached of the Sub and collection. In the UK FYI.

take a link out of the 6 side and put it in the 12 side on the sub and see if it sits better

I think that is a great collection and the Sub looks fine.

I would wear and enjoy!
