need a 34mm watch for the office

I proudly have an Alpinist (SARB017) and a SKX but need something for everyday office duty. These are my criteria:

1. 34mm
2. sapphire crystal
3. mechanical movement (don't care if automatic or winding)
4. dressy but not uptight, and versatile
5. men's watch (i.e. no feminine styling)
6. prefer JDM
7. prefer stainless steel
8. prefer clean dial but don't mind date complication
9. budget around $200 to $500 USD (can't afford Grand Seiko -- yet)

there are some sarbs I like aesthetically but are too big (for my tastes) at around 38mm. Would like something 34mm or at most 36mm
