One of the reasons I like Tudor more. None of these blingy PCL nonsense.

Looks good. I’m thinking of getting my AD to brush out my BLNR bracelet when I take delivery of the new 126710 Pepsi on Jubilee.
No harm done and an easy reversal.

Looks nice OP. It's your watch and I hope you're happy. However, I think there's a little contradiction going on here. There's a thread on first page where a nice 5 digit GMT is presented and opinions asked and many posts advise the OP not to touch it because its 'overpolished', lugs are rounded, not original, and the list goes on. The same thing happens frequently on the forum and the same criticism is shown thread after thread. Then our buddy here posts a bracelet that he brushed himself with a scotchbrite that clearly looks out of pattern with the rest of the original job Rolex did and he gets positive responses. Well not unanimous if you consider one 'the end is near' post but someone even said he increased the value of his watch. I get this is a bracelet job, reversible, he didn't touch the case or lugs, but if polishing is something so bad the forum should advise people not to, especially when they do it themselves with inadequate tools. Just my humble view. No harm intended.

It should have came that way when new. I never understood why any GMT in SS would have PCLs to begin with.

It looks good. I'd never even attempt that for fear of screwing things up. I'm glad you have brought your watch to the spec that makes you more happy.

For what it's worth, after getting my GMT LN (last week), and having a couple of others in the rotation with brushed bracelets, I have dicscovered that I love the PCLs. Before I bought it I had fully bought into the forum narrative that Rolex made a mistake bringing in PCLs. But now imfind tne PCLs are making it hard for me to rotate to another watch.

I like the brushed look over PCLs on the 116710LN. And even though I don't have the courage to alter my 116710 from it's stock PCL configuration (not yet), I salute you for doing what suits you and giving a middle finger to conformity.
