Are Tudors “rebadged” Rolexes

...and vice versa?

I’ve read that a selling point of Tudor is that it’s made by Rolex. Are the parts interchangeable?

And what about the other brands? Are all the brands under the Swatch brand basically sharing parts? Do Richemont products share parts, too?

I wonder are the brands under the same roof basically rebadged versions of each other?

Is it similar to Chevrolet and Buick, Ford and Lincoln, Honda and Acura, VW and Audi - just trim levels and minor design changes that warrant a different badge?

No.

They use to share many parts and then toss in an eta movement but those days are behind us.

Tudor however is a great brand and I’m glad they are no longer working on the Chevy Cadillac model.

You're wrong if you think a Tudor Pelagos can stand next to a Rolex Sub. They are not the same watch, and the Tudor will never command the respect a Rolex model gets.

Everything that makes one think twice about owning a Rolex on display here.

No but ironically you are a "rebadged" member with two accounts and too many infraction points.
