Advice needed on this 16750

I’d appreciate some advice on this 16750, 7.0 serial.

I don’t have much experience looking at tritium paint from this era. It looks different from the markers and hands on my late 60s/early 70s subs. I believe there was variation in the paint formula or texture over the years.

Do these hands appear color-matched or re-lumed?

Thanks in advance!
