Just completed a big purchase from prlwatch (Phil), face to face at the local bank. Deal with confidence, he has my complete trust and he can use me as a reference anytime.

A few more words to speak of his character and integrity: He could flip the watch he had recently come across and make a nice profit for himself, but from our previous meets and knowing how much I love that watch and how much I wanted it, he contacted me and offered it to me at his cost. What a man!
