datejust 41 - blue/white & discount...

I know you probably are all sick of seeing the same threads asking the same questions.... but given times have changed and the market is completely different to what it was when i was last buying, what sort of discount can be expected on a DJ41l and what is availability like on these?

I want a white/blue dial (not decided yet) on an oyster smooth B.

Love both colours - but not sure which one is more of a daily wearer. I have a Sub that I wear everyday and im dressed in jeans and tshirt pretty much everyday

Probably not what you would go for as a second watch but I felt the DJ41 was quite sporty and subtle at the same time.

No discount in AUS, and the DJ41, blue dial, flutted bezel and jubilee configuration is an application piece now in most ADs.

I was offered no tax, so about 8% savings. On fluted jubilee black dial.

Blue dial for me.
I would imagine you would stand a better chance of getting discount on the white dial than the blue.

Canadian here. At the local AD in Markham, ON there was absolutely no discount offered. Basically said they didn't have to.

Bought white dial DJ41 smooth bezel.

My AD gave about 10-15% off most DJ’s... blue dial however close to none

I went for Blue, fluted and jubilee configuration.

One AD offered me 7% discount but they didn’t have it in stock and said they expected around a 6 month wait, but there wasn’t a list for it so I’d get the next one through the door.

On the way to buy the watch I rang another local AD who had just opened their delivery of Rolex and had one in there so it hadn’t hit the display yet. They only offered me £100 off stating it was the most popular configuration. As soon as it was on my wrist in the shop I had to have it so I went for the more expensive but ready immediately option.

If they know you they might knock off 5% for the blue.

This, they don't really see the need as if its on order then no discount, if its in stock then at least 5% if your lucky.

Yes, a BNIB full set with all stickers still on the watch at a grey seller in the Netherlands.

Just pay the money and enjoy the watch; it's actually good value in the current market.

Got 6% off my blue dial DJ41 a month ago so discounts can be had but depends on the AD and how popular the watch you want is at the moment in time
