I like Wayne's show!

PhantomWorks as been mentioned is the worst! So dramatic! Soooooo overpriced! A joke!

The winner of the Box of buffoons award would go to Graveyard Cars but...

When Mark stops clowning around and explains something. It is truly captivating. I watched him build an engine and talked the whole process through as he did it.

Fascinating across the board. He said nothing that was not related to the engine and everything he said was on point and helpful. Not one extranous word or joke.

Sorry to Carini fans but he has the charisma of a mouldy piece of cheese.
I bet he has an interesting and full enough life such that he doesn't sit around starting nasty internet forum threads about other people who he has decided aren't entertaining enough.

Yes, I know this was started 3 years ago but someone else lit it up recently. TV doesn't need another car show "personality". The show is fine the way it is.

Would people enjoy it more if every episode had a big artificially created deadline and crisis followed by some fake and poorly acted human drama? ...like every other car show out there?

You want an even more stripped down show (one I like) try watching an episode of "what's my car worth"...your head will explode.

I totally agreed. Two thumbs up ...and the you had to go and do it...haha...went a little nasty on the ‘what’s my car worth’ show.

It must be something deep and dark within people that makes them have a weirdly shitty thought about someone and then the need to share it. Don’t get me wrong I have many shitty thoughts going on all too often...just not sure the pleasure and camaraderie in sharing it.

Anyway...happy Sunday all.

I love the show in spite of Wayne Carini. He has a vast amount of knowledge on vintage automobiles and I'm always fascinated to see what 'barn find' he comes up with.

A recent show highlighted a new mechanic, Mike. I wondered what happened to Roger. Sad to hear about his medical issues.

Wayne comes across as better, smarter, taller and better looking than the average "car guy", I'll tale Gas Monkey and Misfit Garage any day IMHO.

My favorite vehicle on planet earth right there. The last "old school" Ferrari to me as well. The "Daytona" was next and that started Ferrari down another path I never really cared for.

Another love I will never have the option to possess, drive and just admire.
Pure automotive art.

Typical case of "short guy syndrome", overcompensating for his insecurities by being obnoxious and abusive. Pass.
Very true but the guy know his old Mopars. I grew up loving them (and owning a few dozen as well).

I'm a big fan of the show also. I love the diversity of cars and motorcycles and the appreciation for originality. There's no need for another pimp my ride show with fake drama, overdone cars, etc.

I've met Wayne at the Greenwich Concours a few times - he's always been a pretty nice guy. No airs about him or what not - he is what he is - a car guy. I like that the show stays true to that versus the BS you see with shows like Counting Cars etc.

Agreed. I can't stand that counting cars guy. What's with the do rag? If you're bald just embrace it but lose the stupid do rag.

I like the show 'Wheeler Dealers' but I miss Edd China. His replacement is decent and a likable guy but I liked Edd. I still watch the show though.
