I uttered a sentence I never thought I would today. "It's just a watch"

In context, she was trying to get me enthusiastic about visiting some obnoxious acquaintances by telling me about his Rolex. I rolled out the above line.

Tbf he is the type that give Rolex owners a bad name. He bought it because it was expensive and he wanted others to feel small so I don't feel too much of a heratic.
