The obvious thing is that 24 hr hand is under all of the hands where on original it is between hour and minute hands. Of course if you don't have the real one it's hard to tell but the second I looked at this video I could tell something is wrong with the hands, and then noticed that 24 hr hand is not in right position. It is very obvious
