Hi-the subject topic says it I guess.
I've had several Rolexes with green service guarantee cards which say "INTERNATIONAL SERVICE GUARANTEE"

However there seems to be a less common, white type, which only says " SERVICE GUARANTEE"

Does anyone know why there are two types? They seem to co-exist

Thanks for this. This was probably the greatest article I’ve read to date on the differences/changes through the years. There was a section on warranty cards, but not service gaurantee cards.

Green service guarantee cards are issued by the RSC, white ones are issued from officially approved independent service centres.

To be officially approved you have to adhere to Rolex strictly applied and rigorously enforced standards so there should be no difference whatsoever between the quality of the service work regardless of which colour card.

Correct, but no difference in quality

Not each AD with a certified in-house watchmaker has all the required tools equipment to finish a Rolex like the folks at an RSC can. Only RSC for me
