What makes being a watch enthusiast so interesting is that when we get sick of a piece we can list it on the FS forums and sell it. You sold your ND Sub because you tired of it, went with a Panerai. I wish you good luck with your new ND Sub but also wonder if you will tire of it sooner than later and that is why I would have voted for the Expl II Polar.
Back in high school I broke up with my long time girlfriend, we ended getting back together again a few months later, but it was not the same, it was sort of like the flame was out and could not rekindle it. I would have voted for a change. But anyway, enjoy and best of luck.

in terms of case size I would prefer the 42mm to 40mm. but the ex ii looks a bit out of proportion to me, so my choice is sub nd.

Explorer seems like a fine choice. Everyone and their mother has a sub. Meh.

114060 is a goal for me, considering its a modern Rolex with very easy and understanding functionality means a lot to me and its more versatile which gives you many options on daily activities and makes it always look new and never fades.

This is one of the best pictures I've seen of the 114060
