AD clocks pop up for sale sometimes, they can however be rather expensive (PM rolex expensive...)

Last time I saw one, similar to the one at the pic, was in a private auction and the price was like two SKD, more or less. Personally I prefer to wear a nice watch on my wrist than screwed on my wall.
