Thanks very much all. It’s been a great day! I agree the warranty card would certainly have been desirable, but this is now becoming the new norm to beat the flippers I suppose. Far from ideal however!!

Different approach from different ADs but I agree it is becoming a norm.

I was lucky also to stumble on the same watch as yours while strolling at a mall where the AD is located. I never dealt with the said AD. It so happened also that the said watch just came in that lunch time and they had it displayed in the shelf for viewing instead of calling their preferred customers. In my case, the AD sold the watch and let me have the warranty card. Very nice service and gesture. The AD is in Renton, Washington.
