Turn-o-graph discolored bezel

Anybody know how to “paint” the bezel numbers on a turn-o-graph?

I’ve used tamiya paint with a fine brush but it just peels off after a couple days.

Maybe some sort of pvd?

Any of you had similar problems with other models?

Sure they can be repainted very easy. There is a thread around here about it, and there is a couple of videos on YouTube.

I’ll post some pics and details later, but in the meantime do some research on the above.

Here you go, just follow the video. Make sure to clean numeral void areas very good before painting ! I also used painters tape on the complete watch to prevent getting any on the watch.

Remember, the bezel is a piece of steel with some paint, not some divine instrument of space age technology that can only be touched by the golden hands of the holy RSC technicians.

My results on a 60’s Tudor Jumbo Turn-O-Graph, which had very little paint remaining.
