Those are great prices. The 88 at that price IMO is a great deal. I would be all over that.

The Fiver not a new one Mik. J serial I guess, pre-owned one.
Also 250, but 88 is brand new.

Ok, that makes more sense then. The fiver looked to good to be true. That is still a great price for used.

The 88 is definitely a deal if it is new!

Forget the 250. WAY to busy for a Panerai!

No offense Brain. Just not my cuppa is all.

Looks sweet, I just want a simple one and I think TR does b/c he mentioned that he doesn't want a chrono before.

No offense taken. I really like my 236 and wear it by far the most, however understand how someone would prefer a more traditional face. I would have a very hard time choosing between the 88 and 005 any why I have both. If the 88 was new then that is what I would get but there is something about a 005 which I really like.

BTW, Brainbizz - you know how this goes. One day too busy the next can't stop thinking about it until you buy it. We all have our various phases of like and dislike in this crazy watch additction....

Sometimes the statements seem strong but, I think we are all really just weighing options and thinking out loud with friends...

It is a sickness. One year ago i had one watch now 20 pams and 4 rolies later. What i find interesting is how my taste change. The 236 is a good example. I just warmed up to it. The 88 i always liked and it was pam #3. The 270 which most like sits in the box. Who knows what is next still have a few models pending production but may try some ROOs.

Wow.... 20 PAMS! That is amazing. MFER, 232 is sweet. 88 is at the top right now... I would love to see the 127 in person. That would look so great on some of these old historic straps...
