Stainless vs Precious metal Rolex depreciation?

Hi I’m considering purchasing a Daytona Ref 116509 in white gold/blue dial. Love this combo the best and kicking myself for passing up a Zenith white dial a couple years ago for $10K. I’m seeing the Stainless model prices continue to escalate and am worried the white gold price models may decline due to less demand and higher prices? Or if Rolex ever comes out with this model in stainless I would assume the precious metal models would deprecate? Any advice on this valuation speculation would be greatly appreciated. I know the price is very high but this model is very sharp! Thanks.

Then buy it. Who cares what the market says.
And it is very sharp. A beautiful watch for sure.

Good practical advice. Thanks. It’s on my short wish list for sure. I’ve got three vintage subs that have all gone up in value which makes you wonder but I’m saving to pass these down to my son one day, especially my “67 1675 Pepsi GMT. Don’t like wearing these as much but Love the newer Pepsi GMTs or Batman as a daily beater and are far less $$ than precious metal versions which is my dilemma.
