How to remove stubborn bezel from Orient King Diver mini pam

Hi everyone,

I have a Orient 1000m King Diver (aka mini Pam). I want to remove the bezel so that I can replace the watch's crystal. So far, all my efforts to remove the bezel were not successful. I also left the watch with three different competent watchmakers. These watchmakers also couldn't remove the bezel. The last one told me that the watch has a lot of gunk from years of use and left the case in cleaning solution for almost a week and still couldn't remove the bezel (he tried different bezel removal tools with no avail).

The bezel turns freely on the case. I simply can't understand why it's not coming off. I worked on vintage Tudor Subs and Omega Seamasters before and never had this problem.

I would really appreciate it if you have any suggestions to remove this bezel or can recommend a good watchmaker who can take care of this issue.
