I play the previous model the G, 3 and 5 wood. They are the best metal woods I've ever had.

Just went for a fitting for the new Titleist TS Driver and Fairway wood. Love the feel of the TS2 but wasn't picking up enough extra distance to kick my Ping G out of the bag. The TS2 3 wood was another story. I picked up 15 yards over my old Taylor Made Burner 3 wood. It's on the way from Carl's Golfland and should have it tomorrow. Getting a new stick delivered is second only to getting a new watch.

Not really any good but LOVE the game. Most of my buddies are sub 10 handicap but they play a couple times a week while I might get out once a month. I did just buy a SkyTrak simulator so hope to get more swings in. Also looking to join the local country club once my kids are old enough to use the daycare.

As for gear....went with the TM P790s. Awesome look and feel and distance and forgiveness is similar to the M2s I was using before. Decided to pick up the M4 driver as well and it took a decent amount of shaft fitting but finally got it figured out. Distance was marginally better than the M2 but off center hits don't drift nearly as far offline. Also just picked up the TM GAPR Hi. Distance and accuracy is very consistent and the look and feel is very very confidence inspiring.

I’ve got a scramble Friday morning right before my buddies wedding. Going to be a riot I suspect. Lots of talking and bets being made already haha

I just finished my first round at Bandon Dunes. Cool courses in Oregon. Anyone else played here? 3 more courses to go.

Thanks for setting this group up, I look forward to the chance to play with fellow TRF members. I played a lot of golf growing up and while I don't have as much time as I used to, still try to get in a couple rounds a month.

Great idea! Love golf, new to the sport and quickly got hooked. So much so, that I spend $$ on golf stuff instead of watches ! Love this idea and am in Calif.
