That’s a hilarious video. Wouldn’t want to be him in an accident though he’s dead as a door nail. Even a hard braking scenario he’s f#%^*ed.

Say, is that a gas grill? If so I was wondering how/ where you are putting that layer of aluminum foil that's under you grates somehow.

I can’t take credit for this....G8RDPM is responsible for this delicious plate!

He used a pellet grill to start, then finished with a reverse sear on his Weber gas grill. It was fabulous.
