Hangtag important?

I’m looking at getting a preowned k-series 15400 that is supposed to be “complete”, but the hangtag is blank...it’s missing the white part. The rest of the box, booklets, and warranty card are there. Should I be concerned? Would I miss out on some value not having the complete hangtag?

I believe the missing part is just a sticker, which could easily fall off and be lost. I wouldn’t be concerned on a used watch. Can’t imagine you would lose value of any significance as long as you have all the other pieces that prove authenticity.

I’ll have to check my AP box tomorrow as I wouldn’t be surprised if the sticker has fallen off the leather tag.

I think the white part is maybe just the barcode sticker /RFID tag. Don’t see it having any bearing at all on the price.

Oh yes, I forgot to check my hangtag.

It's just a white sticker with the watch ref#, serial #, and a QR code or something. And it's actually stuck on a cardboard flap stuck to the leather hangtag, almost like a tear-off?

I guess it's nice to have, but I wouldn't sweat it if it went missing.

Not a big deal .....IMHO

Just make sure everything else (two boxes, both booklets, etc...)

Most importantly.....enjoy the new watch !!!!
