I am 6 3/4 as well.
I wear a Rolex DSSD (BIG 43mm) and its great. Tried on the Panerai 8 day (44 mm) and it looked good. I tried on a metal bracelet 44 mm and it looked a little akward on my wrist. I think 44 mm is my max size though

IMHO, the diameter of the wrist is not as important as to whether you have a flat wrist or more rounded wrist. My wrist measures just under 7.5, on my Rolex I don't take any links out, just adjust the micro. Panerai and other large watches tend to wear well on my wrist since it is so flat across the top.
47mm 217

John, have you seen the 26 in the metal yet? I got an email tonight about one and may have one in a couple of weeks. I haven't seen it in almost a year at a Panerai function, but thing it may have a little something to it. :-)

Haven't seen a 26 in the metal yet, but my name is at the top of the list when Vancouver eventually gets one.
Cindy thinks it will be hers, to go with her 219, as she's a lefty.

Got it from a buddy who got it from a GTG. I forget the strap maker, but have his card at home I think. A fellow in HK. Plus he sells the "skull" things. I have a Cross also, that I can swap out.
