It's just a watch. Wouldnt pay a dime above msrp. I've other in rotation to enjoy. With all the trade wars and economic holocaust on the way, it's a matter of time the ADs will start calling us.

Still at MSRP. My AD comes through for me within a reasonable amount of time when I let them know I want something.

Same here. I don't want anything enough to pay these insane premiums and reward the scalpers.

So no, sorry I’m never going to feel “bad” for them.
I don't think anyone feels bad for them. I just laugh at people that think they are picking them up at retail..

You realize its a business, correct?

[QUOTE=mg Barcelona;9049001 I prefer the TT CHNR.[/QUOTE]

X2. Very few watches I paid up above msrp. The CHNR was one of them and I still feel I got more watch than what I paid. Gotta factor what your time is worth and how much you love the watch. Now days Rolex AD’s are making you make multiple purchases for a new Baselworld watch so msrp may never happen.

There is a limit how much I would pay above msrp regardless where the market goes.

I think I would wait until I can get one at MSRP, maybe a year or two. I just bought my 116710 LN so I'm good for a while. The crazy prices initially would have just pushed me toward buying a used one in WG, if I had had the money. I don't want anything enough to pay double what someone else is paying.

I expect it to settle around 14K

A lot of people in here thinks that greys acquire them for 9250 to sell them off at 17K. Greys acquire them for 16K and sell them off for 17K. That's how it works (or within that range).

Who gets paid 16K by a grey ? No way !

The ultimate revenge for greys would be to flood the market in a few months being Rolex … Than it is done with the greys so perhaps this is just a smart tric toget rid of em... And i think some of them also knows that.
