Agreed. Those comments are not necessary. Everyone has their own opinions but calling someone else's tastes stupid is not nice. Please be considerate of others.

Check the TRF Classified section. There are several to pick from.

If it's going to be your "daily beater'' then I think the S/S is the obvious choice. If you'll only wear it occasionally then go for the TT - other than the TT Blue Sub-date, it's the only TT I would consider. Either way, you can't lose though, the new GMT is a great watch!

SS for me - gold is just too soft for PCL's. To me, battle scars appear more acceptable on SS, since it is consistant with a tool watch. The TT is more dressy, and scratches seem out of place on a dressy watch. I do have a TT DJ with a Jubilee braclet. One great thing about the Jubliee is that scratches on the center links don't show! Thats why I bought the SS GMTIIC. But whichever you go with, good luck ~ it's a great watch all around and I'm sure you'll fall in love with it like I did. Since I bought it, my poor DJ barely gets to see the light of day - and I love that watch too!

Don't know which I'd choose in a straight race Yannis so I'm not much help to you.

When I bought the SS I knew I also wanted the TT, still in the honeymoon period with it, the contrast of the black / yellow bezel is simply amazing

SS All the way with the GMT. They are both great but the GMT is classic/sporty/blingy at the same time

To be fair I would have bought a SS one but couldn't get one at the time so bought a TT instead.

But the TT does look good on a nice warm sunny day. It was the right choice

SS all the way. I own the SS version, and have tried on the TT version, and I think although the TT is stunning - the SS has the edge. The TT looks more dressy and the SS looks sporty as well as dressy.

Go SS!

we got to have some attitude to wear a rolex, or else go get a tissot. the ss is plain and has no character, looks like any other watch. the tt has attitude, and is different.

Both are great watches, you won't go wrong. Just buy what YOU think is the best for you, not someone else.
Best of luck on your decision!

TT for me - I think the combinations of the colours, bezel and green 24hr hand make for a most attractive combination.

Why not have a look at BSODMike's great review of his TT on YouTube - this clip made me really appreciate this model.
