I did the stupidest thing to my platinum day date 36 last night. In an enraged fit that I was having, I took it off my wrist and while holding the case in my palm I slammed it down on my desk. Didn’t think it was that hard but obviously it was. It appears that I bent some of the pins within the bracelet on both sides close to the end links. Now the band is twisted on both sides. Is there anyone in the states that would be able to repair something like this? Or would you recommend sending it to Michael Young? I tried to upload some pictures but they are too big and I don’t have a regular computer to downsize them. Any advice appreciated.

Damn something must have really pissed you off to do that. You can send it to LAWW they should be able to fix anything

Maybe rolliworks? I don't know if they're working on president bracelets (or platinum), but their work seems to be very good.

Just buy a new bracelet...

And like others mention ...contol temper. Nothing ever comes out of anger

I also have a platinum President bracelet that has some bent pins, although nowhere near as bad as yours. Please update us with the repair results!
