currently selling in Hong Kong AD is the new GMT II-C. for about $45000.

U wont find any GMT (16710) around in AD anymore, having said that, there are waiting list for the current model anyway.....

If your desperate, best bet is jewllers that sell second hand or dealers (not in AD network)

GMT master is always popular in HK.... as with ALL SS models....

Try "Prince Edward" jewllers.... they are reputable. But i would always try the main dealers first such as "Chow Tai Fook".

In the jewllers, ur lookin to pay about 10%-15% more than list price. (thats how they make money)

Just look for matching certificate with serial numbers, laser etch logo e.t.c

And not least "haggle" with price if u find any scratches some sort.....

Plenty of stocks I read from local watch forum. You should get a little discount on the new GMT IIc.

Hi Philippster

You're looking in the right city for Rolex - they are everywhere! I bought my GMT IIC earlier this year when they were still fairly newly released and before current global financial turmoil - so they were hard to find and even harder to get a discount.

But now that they have been around for a while and demand has dropped a bit you can find the GMT in most ADs and probably get a bit of discount. Definately go for an AD and in my experience it doesn't really matter which one you go to they all generally offer the same discount - ie: 10% off regular, non-limited model (like Sub) and maybe 5% off something a GMT.

As mentioned in other replys - Chow Tai Fook or Prince Jewellery & Watch Co are good ADs and located all over HK. The main areas for Rolex ADs are: Causeway Bay (around Times Square) and all over Tsim Sha Tsui (especially along Nathan Road).

Good luck!

HK is the best place to look at and buy a Rolex, IMHO.
