Just to give you an idea, my A SD came with very recent RSC service papers.
1. around $700 (included new crystal and bezel) 2. ?? I didn't send it so I don't know this one. 3. see above 4. Yes. No, my has the "S". I haven't heard of a replacement crystal not having the S unless maybe a GV which can't have the crystal etched at all. Hope that helps some. Good luck.
