if you haven't noticed it means it doesn't bother you, so leave it. Unless "knowing" they're there will bother you.
I would leave as is. |

Impossible to see anything in that photo. If it were me, and I could see it with my naked eye, I'd get them replaced. If I needed a loop to see it, I'd leave it alone.

This seems correct to me. Scratches aren't patina, and the dial is a current luminova . If you are happy, leave it alone. If you are holding on to the old stuff just because it's original, switch it

If the lume glows and you like how it looks leave it as is.

Dials and hands usually get damage/scratched through careless handling during service or effecting a repair when ever that may have occurred.
Or the hands may have simply been scratched by broken shards of Saphire Crystal. There are no upgraded configurations for your items and will be replaced like for like with identical parts. Two things to consider. In all likelihood there will be no noticeable improvement in luminosity as the watch currently has Superluminova any way. One day they will no longer be available and this will happen without notice. I'm always of the opinion "when you see the shot, take it". I personally would change the items without hesitating to preserve the maximum value of your watch if I could afford it should this be a consideration to you. |

They always recommend replacing anything that is not "perfect" and tell you so, so that you don't claim scratches on it later.
I don't see any reason to spend the money on a relatively modern watch to change something you can't see. You can always replace parts when they actually need it.

RSC recommends I replace Dial and Hands
Update:
I sold my D-serial 16710 this past April to fund a M-serial 3186 rectangular dial (picture below). Dallas RSC did a fantastic job servicing the timepiece. I’ve heard of horror stories, but no complaints. The watchmaker told me that “due to normal wear and tear the friction between the hands could cause scratches.” I don’t know if that makes sense, but that’s what I was told. The watchmaker also advised me that if I changed the hands they will not match the dial. The superluminova will be a different hue on the dial when compared to the hands. I hope this helps the next person when faced with the same decision. Cheers!

As you said it's not a vintage piece and there is no patina to be worried about losing. I'd say it's a go.

Leave as is. The replacement dial/hands glow blue. Not like the older ones that glow green

Hind sight is always 20/20. I learned my lesson, maybe. My 5513 is 52 years old. In that time the dial, hands and Crystal have been replaced three times. Rolex keeps all the Old stuff. The first two times RSC in New York did all the swapping,Polishing and changing of Bracelets. I no longer have a vintage Rolex. Luck was with me as this last time I had found Watch Makers International in Texas. They restored my watch so it looks like New to me. If yours is a Safe Queen don't change crap, just have it serviced. Mine was on my wrist for more than 40 years. So, wear it, use it, enjoy it, Love it. This is just my 4 cents worth figgering in inflation.
