Why Miami ? Miami is GMT -5 right now and you are at 10:30 vs 13:30.

At least being a pilot I ALWAYS set the long hand to GMT and the normal hands to home time. Then move around the bezel for a third time zone. In the old days when no fancy instruments we always gave position reports and estimates on GMT, nothing else mattered while flying. You want to look at that long hand and know GMT on the spot.

South America ; Brazil or Argentina.

Edit: saw the answer.
As others mention, if your gmt hand is set at Zulu time, then your local time can't be good.

Yes, but when I travel I make sure that the primary hour hand is set to the time zone I am in and I use the GMT hand to tell me the time zone back home.

I'm glad I'm not crazy.....as I'm only one month into GMT ownership I thought I might be doing it wrong.

As pilot I set the long hand 24 hour to GMT. Your Miami time at minus 5 the twelve hour hands.
