Always look at the bright side of life

I know what it's like to hate your environment so badly every second of every day and feel helpless to change your situation due to those around you. You don't want to stay but due to the loved ones nearby you continue to live and die in a negative environment. You know it could be better somehow but are unable at this time to change it. You are Trapped.
Well hopefully it's temporary. These folks are right. Attitude is part of it. You need to find a distraction of some kind. Something, anything to help you to get through the day and have happy moments.
