My AP wish that likely won't come true:

Instead of going in what appears to be a very 'meh' and not well planned direction with the execution of this new line, I wish they would think about expanding their ROO line.......... specifically, coming out with a 39 or 40mm ROO line.

I absolutely think it would be a home run, and would allow them to keep their 42 and 44mm lines. I initially posted they should replace 42 with 40, but I actually don't think there is any need for that.

Then again, they probably feel they don't need to. They continue to limit production to 40K pieces yearly, are taking away AD accounts (thereby increasing their margins with direct to consumer sales via boutiques), and clearly want to establish an identity apart from RO/ROO.

Still, it would be nice to see them expand their ROO line. I do like them bringing back a smaller ROC in the new 38mm line, but I'm not sure how this isn't anything more than just bringing back what they had before in the 39mm ROC line.
I suspect this line is gong to be branded as a unisex line, alongside their 15450.

Yeah I too would love a 40 mil ROO similar to the 44 or even a diver. If they made that new ROC a no date it would have been such a home run for me! Damn.

i think the royal oak going with a 38mm line sort of forshadows a future 40mm royal oak offshore line
