Swiss only 16710

Hello. Question. I have been offered a 16710 from around 1998. It has a "Swiss" only luminova dial. Does this mean its a service dial? Thanks for any input.

No. It is a correct dial for the ~98 to 2000 releases. After 2000 and it would likely be a service dial.

No it’s not service dial. It’s transitional between tritium and the Swiss made dial. Made for a year approx. material on it should be luminova. Latter Swiss made dial is superluminova.
