Will changing bands often make spring bars less reliable?

I’ve been changing straps every few days for last few weeks. Am I adding unnecessary wear and tear on the spring bars? If so, where can I buy some spares? Thanks

Yes ... wear on the ends and wear on the internal spring ... how much? That depends on how often its done and over how long. (if that makes sense).

And the AD is the place to purchase, to get the correct bars for your reference of watch, 20mm bars can be different from model to model .... I'd avoid online auction sites.

Spring-bars are normal serviceable items and are always replaced at service.

yes it makes them more likely to break, esp if you're not doing it the right way. but rolex spring bars in particular are really thick, so it will take a long time before they crack or break
